Jo discovered yoga in 2001 at DeSales University and has been practicing ever since. In 2007, Jo combined her loves of teaching and yoga to create classes that are for everyone and accentuate everyone's ability to do yoga. She has studied under such teachers as: Cindy Kemmerer (retired), Edith Ginsberg, Kim Camacho, and Tim Cowart who are faculty at DeSales and teach in the Lehigh Valley.
